EZ Home Tour
For listings that can't justify a videographer

Your phone walkthrough, edited into a listing video.

Record a walk through the house on your phone, fill in the listing and pick a look. EZ Home Tour has Claude cut it into a finished listing video, ready to post on social media, plus an unbranded version for the MLS if you want one. Like to edit your own videos? You also get a CapCut draft you can fine-tune however you want. In our tests a 4-minute walkthrough was done in about 13 minutes, and we expect that to keep dropping as AI gets faster.

Curb appeal, handled

Who it's for

Every listing gets a video. Even the small ones.

A videographer makes sense for your biggest listings. For the starter home, the condo or the rental, the commission rarely covers a shoot, so those go up with photos only. EZ Home Tour is for those listings.

  • When the commission won't cover a shoot

A videographer charges about $530 for a 1-minute listing video, on average. Shoot it on your phone instead. One payment covers every listing you film after that.

  • When you don't have an evening to edit

You walk the house once and fill in a short form. EZ Home Tour cuts the footage, labels the rooms and adds the titles and your end card.

  • When booking a shoot means one more appointment

Skip the day you spend waiting on someone else's calendar and asking the sellers to get the house ready again. You film it yourself when it suits you, even on the same visit as your photos.

  • When the listing goes live tomorrow

About 13 minutes from walkthrough to finished video in our tests, with an unbranded MLS version made from the same tour.

  • When a seller asks how you'll market their home

You can offer video on every listing, at every price point, and post it the same day you shoot it.

What it makes

Three kinds of video. Six looks.

Every video comes out ready to post. Film vertically, and it's made for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Pick the format that fits where you're posting, and a look that fits the house.

Match the house

Not sure which look fits? Leave it blank, and EZ Home Tour picks the look that suits the home.

How it works

Shoot it. Fill it in. Get your video.

  1. Walk the house while recording on your phone

Go through the entire house, from the curb to the backyard. One long take works, or a clip for each room.

  2. Fill in the listing details

Add what you want clients to see, like the address, price, beds and baths. Then pick a format and a look.

  3. EZ Home Tour builds your video

Powered by Claude, it runs on your own Claude subscription. Want to change something? Open the draft in CapCut and make personal changes.

Point and shoot. It does the rest.

Take your listing photos on your phone. The photo editor straightens the walls, evens out the light and gives every photo the same uniform look, so the whole listing feels like one shoot. Then it sizes them for the MLS.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can I still edit the video?

Yes. Along with the finished video, you get a CapCut draft. Open it in CapCut to change the music, trim a room or swap the text.

How long does one video take?

In our tests, a 4-minute walkthrough took about 13 minutes from start to a finished video. Most of that is EZ Home Tour working on its own, so you can step away. Reading your footage takes about as long as the footage runs, so longer walkthroughs take a little longer. We expect the AI part to keep getting faster as the models improve, and we tune the rest with each update.

Do I get a version for the MLS?

Yes, if you ask for one. EZ Home Tour also makes an unbranded MLS version of the same tour, with no logo, contact details, price or music.

Can I put my own branding on it?

Yes. Save your name, brokerage, phone, email, social handle and logo once, and they go on the end card of every video. You can also add your own music.

What footage works?

One long walkthrough shot on your phone, or a folder of clips with one room each. Hold your phone upright (vertical) so the video is ready for social media. Sideways (horizontal) footage can work too, but it's still in testing, so we recommend vertical for now.

Does it work on Windows and Mac?

Yes. EZ Home Tour runs on both.

Do I need the Claude app?

No. You need a Claude Pro (or higher) subscription. EZ Home Tour installs Claude Code for you during setup and you sign in once.

What if I don't have Claude yet?

Sign up for Claude Pro at claude.ai before you run setup. It's Anthropic's plan, from $20 a month, and you pay Anthropic for it directly.

How does CapCut get installed?

On Windows, EZ Home Tour installs CapCut for you. On a Mac, it opens CapCut's official website and waits while you install it.

What happens to the price after launch?

Launch pricing is $67 through November 30, 2026, and includes the photo editor. On December 1, EZ Home Tour goes to $97 and the photo editor is sold separately. If you buy by November 30, you keep both, including the photo editor when it leaves development, and you keep getting updates.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If EZ Home Tour isn't right for you, email support@ezhometour.com within 14 days of buying and you'll get a full refund, no reason needed. Your access ends once the refund goes through. Full refund terms.

Will EZ Home Tour keep getting updates?

Yes. It's actively developed, and new versions arrive right inside the app. When one is ready you'll see an update button. Click it, and the new version is in place the next time the app starts. Each update is signed and checked before it installs.

Does it cost anything extra to run?

The editing runs on your own Claude plan, using your plan's normal usage. There's no extra AI service to pay for and nothing to host.
